The Production Process
1. Place your order through the Print Version
Ordering page or E-Newsletter Ordering
page. You may pay by credit card, check, or money order (if you're
paying by check or money order, you will be mailed an invoice after the
newsletter is complete).
2. After we receive your order, we will send
you an email entitled "Welcome To Left Field Media" which includes
instructions on how to submit information, graphics, color choices, and
layout preference for your newsletter.
3. Once you submit your information,
graphics, color choices, and layout preference, we will then create your
initial proof and email the proof to you for your approval or for you to
request changes. We have no limit on the number of changes you
can request.
4. Once you are completely satisfied
with your newsletter proof, we will then create a final version of the
newsletter and either ship the newsletters directly to you (print
version) or email the newsletter to you (e-newsletter version).
5. For all newsletter versions--print
version and e-newsletter version--you will receive the newsletters
before the first day of the month for that issue's date. For example,
for the April issue, you will receive your newsletters before April 1.
To ensure this, we begin the newsletter production process one month in
advance.

Printed
Version Specifications

Articles
|
*
All articles are between 200 and 500 words, depending on
space, graphics, other content, etc.
*
Topics range from the state of the market to appraisals,
from the importance of pre-qualifying to tricks on showing a
home, from the different types of loans to interest rate
trends, etc.
*
One of the three articles is a "Question of the
Month" feature.

Versions
|
*
Basic Version: This version is the basic version which can
be handed out or put in envelopes and mailed to your
customers.
* Self-Mailing Version: This version can be folded, stamped,
and mailed without having to use an envelope.
* With each version, you have
the option of including only real estate articles, only
mortgage articles, or a mix of both.
*
We also offer two different layouts of both the Basic
Version and the Self-Mailing Version.

Layout
|
*
Single page, front and back, in full color.
* All newsletters have personalized graphics, contact
information, taglines, and business specifications
(programs offered, Realtor® or mortgage specialization, etc.).
*
You can choose your own colors. Usually, we
use two or three different colors and black text.
*
For consistency, each month's issue will be
the same. However, there may be slight changes in basic layout,
graphics, etc. from time to time. |

Graphics
|
*
Our newsletter production and printing can support the
following graphics: .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp.
*
No graphics larger than 2 MB, please.
*
We will use two of your own graphics (preferably
a company logo and a picture of yourself) in the newsletter.

Proofing
|
*
A proof of the newsletter will be emailed to you (in PDF format) for
approval before going to printing. You may make changes to
the proof at this time.
*
Upon request, a hard copy proof of the newsletter can be
U.S. mailed to you at no extra charge (first month's
newsletter only).

Printing
|
* Newsletters are professional quality, printed with a Ricoh
SP C410DN color laser printer.
*
All newsletters are printed on Hammermill 32 lb. (80 lb. text), 90 brightness
Color Laser Gloss (semi-heavy white glossy stock).
|
|
Shipping
|
* All newsletters are shipped directly to you by USPS Priority Mail
or FedEx Ground.
*
All shipping is $3.95 for anywhere in the continental U.S.
*
Expedited shipping is extra.
*
You will receive an email confirmation once
shipping has been completed.

Production Schedule
|
*
Proofs are emailed to you no later than the 10th of the
month.
*
Approval of the proof is requested by the
15th of the month.
*
Pending final approval, all shipping will be completed by the
20th of the month,
assuming the deadline for proof approval has been met. |

Miscellaneous
|
*
There is no set up fee for the printed version of our
newsletter.
* There is no minimum order requirement.
*
Frequency: We offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and
tri-annual
issues.
* For any order of 250 copies or
more, we will provide you with a free PDF copy of your
newsletter for use on your own website. |

Payment
