All of our custom high-quality newsletters and e-newsletters include three original articles per issue on different aspects of the housing, real estate and mortgage industries. The articles are written with your clients in mind; they are designed to be educating and entertaining, but without a great deal of technical jargon.
Unlike most newsletter companies, we do not require you to sign up for a minimum number of issues.
We have five different versions/layouts available:
We are flexible in terms of layout, information included, colors, content, graphics and other personalization. We can use your personal graphics or your company's graphics in the newsletter.
We offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly and tri-annual issues of the newsletter and e-newsletters and we accept credit cards, personal checks and money orders.
Joint marketing is also available. If you wish to split the cost and have a joint newsletter or e-newsletters with a business associate, we would be more than happy to accommodate you.
We take great pride in our customer service. We respond quickly and efficiently to all queries and we will go out of our way to make sure you are happy with your newsletter or e-newsletter!
Our Printed Newsletter
Our printed newsletters are full-color one-page (front and back) newsletters with three original articles per issue and the printing is of professional quality.

Shipping is a flat $5.95 for all orders shipped in the continental U.S. (newsletters are shipped directly to you).
We do not have a set-up fee for the printed newsletters.
Our price per copy is cheaper than most of our competitors. For 1,000 copies, we charge less than 43 cents per copy, while other companies charge 60 cents per copy or more.
We will email you a PDF proof no later than the 10th of each month (for the next month's issue). After you approve the proof, we will then print and ship your newsletters. All newsletters are mailed out by the 20th of the month so you will have ample time to mail the newsletters to your clients before the 1st of the following month.
Our newsletters are printed on glossy Hammermill 32 lb. newsletter stock.
We do everything for you except mailing out the newsletters to your clients.

Our e-newsletters are in full color and there is no limit on the number of recipients you can email your e-newsletter to.
We offer our e-newsletters at a flat rate

All e-newsletters include web links to your own website, other websites and links to your email address.
We will email you a link to the online proof no later than the 10th of each month (for the next month's issue). After you approve the proof, we will then send you a final version. All completed e-newsletters are emailed by the 20th of the month so you will have ample time to email the e-newsletter to your clients before the 1st of the following month.
We offer free hosting for your clients who would prefer to view the e-newsletter online or we can convert the e-newsletter into a graphic and you can post it on your own website.

If you already have your own marketing materials, but are simply in need of content, we can help by supplying you with the same content we use in all of our newsletters.
Each month, we offer a choice between six different articles. You'll be able to choose three of the articles—two regular articles and one "Question of the Month" article to be bundled in your order.

The regular articles are 425-470 words long and the "Question of the Month" articles are 225-250 words long. All content is written by us and are original articles.
Since the usage of the articles is strictly regulated and copyrighted, only we can make edits or changes to the articles. However, we are more than happy to make whatever changes you'd like upon request.
The articles can be used in all of your marketing including printed materials, email marketing, your website, Facebook, LinkedIn, other social media, etc.
* The cost is per individual (the articles cannot be shared between multiple agents, brokers or other users). The content cannot be re-used or transferred to another party for their usage.
